I’m Deanna Maio
For the last 18 years, I have been blessed to help thousands of managers and leaders create high-performing profitable teams. And because of that, I co-authored GPS for Success with Les Brown, Steven Covey and John Gray and have had the honor of sharing stages with renowned experts like Brendan Burchard and Eben Pagan.

Sadly, I’m not making a joke. Most of the management and leadership frameworks we use today are from the 1950s after World War II.
